This is Liz, she is 63 and recovering from undergoing a full knee replacement

 

Connecting people with movement, past to present. In achieving our daily duties, eliminating pain and injuries by moving how we were made too.

By living in the current times, we have adopted some bad habits in the way we perform our daily tasks/activities including work, rest and play, this is all effected. Moving the right way through exercise programming/consistency will impact all aspects of our lives, creating a functional body that is capable of reaching our full potential.

My name is Joe & I am 47 years young. My past years have been interesting, learning the basics of karate, Muay Thai, and the biggest part, resistance training. The problem being that in some cases technique was compromised, leading to a dysfunctional nervous system, setting wrong movement patterns in the body, creating muscle imbalances and then leading to injuries. This was me; this broke me time after time, all I loved and wanted seemed to be taken away. I would walk away from playing physical activity due to injuries, including my back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees and hips, but I never gave up. I constantly tried new things, a lot bad and some good, all from which I learned valuable lessons from.

This led me to seeking professional help from physios, chiropractors, GP's and other therapies, all of which was only worth it in the short term. This has allowed me to follow what has now turned into a passion, constant experimenting, researching on me and my close circle of family and friends, I finally believe I have found the answers.

This is what i am about, this is my journey.

We are all unique, some people move well however most don't. The majority of people will have problems in the way they move and go about their daily activities. Regular exercise/ programming performed right, the correction of muscle imbalances, proper movement patterns, eating well & bringing back the fun into our adult lives like when we were kids, all will lead to balance and connect us too primal.
